Common questions
Do I need to connect my broker?
No. TrackTrading is a manual journal first — you log trades yourself, which forces deliberate reflection. Broker auto-sync (MT4/MT5, Interactive Brokers) is available on Pro and above as a convenience feature.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Your data is private by default, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties. You control whether your profile is public or private.
What instruments can I track?
Any instrument you trade — stocks, forex, indices, commodities, crypto, options. TrackTrading is instrument-agnostic.
Can I import my existing trade history?
Yes. You can import trades from any CSV or Excel file. We provide a sample template, and the importer handles custom column mapping.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What currencies are supported?
GBP, USD, EUR, and more. You set your account currency in Settings and all P&L figures display in your chosen currency.
