How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible. Your subscription will be cancelled and no data will be retained.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I import my existing trades?

Navigate to Import Trades in the sidebar. You can upload a CSV or Excel file. A sample template is available to download from the import page. Supported columns include instrument, direction (BUY/SELL), entry price, exit price, P&L, and date.

Is my trading data private?

Yes. Your trading data is private by default and is never sold or shared with third parties. Public profiles are entirely opt-in — you control what is visible. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I connect my broker account?

Go to Broker Connections in the sidebar. TrackTrading currently supports Interactive Brokers (IBKR) via the Flex Web Service. You will need your IBKR Flex Token and Query ID, which you can generate in your IBKR account management portal.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. TrackTrading never stores or processes card details directly.
